Stephen David Calderwood of Ocean Shores, Washington passed away Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021. He was 62. Steve was born June 1, 1959 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Herbert and Gladys (Weaving) Calderwood.

Steve graduated from Pittsfield High School. He had lived in both Greer and Little River, South Carolina as well as Grass Valley, California before moving to Grays Harbor in 2018.

On March 28, 1999, Steve married Lisa in Nevada City, California.

Steve had worked in wastewater treatment operations for 40 years.

He was an N-scale train hobbyist and played guitar in a band. He also enjoyed listening to his favorite band, The Grateful Dead, and he loved Harley motorcycles.

Steve is survived by his wife of 22 years Lisa Calderwood of Ocean Shores; sons Kailen Calderwood of North Plains, Oregon and Nicholas (Leah) Daugherty of Summerton, South Carolina; daughter Tara (Eric) Zolman of Lacey, Washington; siblings Bill (Anita) Calderwood of Lanesboro, Massachusetts and Shirley Fisher of Middletown, Rhode Island; grandkids: Triston and Lawson Calderwood, Eva Jean and Hattie Daugherty, and Ruby Zolman; as well as his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Gladys Calderwood and by his brother Robert Calderwood.
