Ruth M. Boeholt

Longtime Harborite Ruth Marie Boeholt died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen following a brief illness. She was 85.

She and her husband Jens owned and operated the Harborena Roller Skating Rink in Hoquiam for numerous years.

A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of The Daily World.

Private vault inurnment will be held at a later date at the Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam.

Direction is by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

SEATTLE — Stanley Joseph Sliva of Aberdeen died Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020, at Swedish Medical Center-Cherry Hill in Seattle.

He was 66.

Services are being planned.

SOUTH BEND — Juliette Louise Fleetwood of Aberdeen died Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020, at Willapa Harbor Health and Rehab in South Bend. She was 51.

A celebration of her life and reception is being planned and will be announced when details become available.

SHELTON — Longtime Elma resident Stanislav Kanicky died Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 at Fir Lane in Shelton. He was 78.

Virgil B. Arnold

Virgil Byron Arnold of Aberdeen died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, at Grays Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was 86.

A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Wishkah Valley Community Church.
