All-Pacific boys team named

Four Twin Harbors players were named to the all-Pacific 2B League boys basketball team announced recently.

Ryon Ashley and Matt Pearson, both from Willapa Valley, North Beach’s Steven Sotomish and Ocosta’s Zach Allton earned first-team recogniton.

Chief Leschi’s Donnelle Irvin and Life Christian freshman Omar Maulana shared league Most Valuable Player honors.

Jay Pearson, whose Willapa Valley team ended Life Christian’s long league winning streak en route to a second-place league finish, was selected by his peers as the league Coach of the Year.

South Bend received the Sportsmanship Award.
