Roxy Ann Ashby

A celebration of life for Ocosta resident Roxy Ann Ashby, who died March 22, 2025, in Olympia will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at the Ocosta Recreation Hall in Aberdeen.

Arrangements were by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
