Rosalie Lena Smith passed away on Oct. 11, 2023, in Vancouver, Washington.

She was born Dec. 10, 1930, to Bennett and Florence Ellingson in Aberdeen, Washington. She grew up at the Railroad Camp on Polson Road in Washington state and married Gene Smith June 20, 1953. She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Feb. 6, 1960.

Rosalie trained to be an opera singer and loved music as well as gardening and dining out. She was an avid Bible student and regularly worked to share her Bible knowledge with her neighbors in her community, which was a great source of joy in her life.

Rosalie is survived by her daughters, Terri Smith and Judy Revis and Judy’s husband, Rane Revis. She is also survived by her three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to her memorial service at Battleground Kingdom Hall, 33209 NE Lewisville Hwy, Battle Ground, Washington 98604, on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, at 1:30 p.m.
