Terry D. Ross

Terry D. Ross, a resident of Grays Harbor for over 20 years, died on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, at his home in Elma. He was 70.

He worked for the Montesano Thriftway. He then went to Missouri and trained as a truck driver. Terry continued living on the Harbor and had worked as a long-haul driver for Prime, Inc. His illness caused him to retire in July of 2022. A service in Missouri will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Karla J. Romero

Hoquiam resident Karla Jean Romero, 80, a died Tuesday, Oct, 25, 2022, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced later.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Mary Newton

Mary A. Newton, a resident of Cosmopolis, died at her home on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022. She was 57.

She had worked as a nurses aide for several area nursing homes, as a card dealer for Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, Macs and Sidney’s; and as a laundry attendant at Seabrook.

Visitation was held Sunday afternoon and Monday morning at Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam, followed by a service Monday afternoon at the Harbor City Church in Aberdeen.

Harry V. Handley III

Montesano resident Harry Vantrese Handley III, 68, died at home Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022.

Burial arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.
