Dennis Bemis can be seen in the reflection of the front door to his home in the 1000 block of Fairway Drive in Central Park, which is also the location where ghouls, goblins, Jack-O-Lanterns and witches greet his family, friends and neighbors. While Bemis has had a tough year in 2022, describing the work and what went into getting he and his wife Michelle’s decorations set up seemed to lift his spirits during the late afternoon on Wednesday.

A skeleton hearse driver navigates through the front yard of Dennis and Michelle Bemis’ home in the 1000 block of Fairway Drive, while the skeleton driver’s “deceased” passenger drags behind and screams in silent terror.

A massive Halloween cobweb spun by an assumed mammoth-sized spider hangs on the outside of a home in the 2400 block of Aberdeen Avenue, in Aberdeen. A dragon and black cat sit, and lie, respectively, as a friendly ghost reminds the neighbors to “BEWARE!” of a nearby ghost crossing.
