    Nick Burgess performs at the Tap Room as part of The Alley’s First Friday event. Burgess is a good example of the type of performer you’ll see in The Alley; he is by day a paraeducator in Elma and is also a passionate musician, performing as a solo act, providing lead vocals and rhythm guitar for the pop punk band With Roots Above, and is also part of another local band, Across the Coastline, who according to the band’s Facebook page, will be performing at the famous Viper Room in Los Angeles in July.
