Incoherent, pantless man nabbed in Aberdeen
Aberdeen police officers responded to a report of a naked man in the 400 block of West Cushing Street in Aberdeen Feb. 22. Officers encountered citizens waving them in the direction of the suspect, a 42-year old man wearing just a sweat coat, Santa hat and pair of socks.
The man was informed he was under arrest for disorderly conduct; a search revealed a steak knife in his coat pocket. When asked why he wasn’t wearing pants the man could not give a coherent answer, leading police to believe he was under the influence of drugs. The man was cited for disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and furtively — meaning in a way that attempts to avoid notice or attention — carrying a deadly weapon.
