With Grays Harbor County moving into Phase 3 of Gov. Inslee’s safe start initiative, a number of restrictions are being lifted in Cosmopolis.

Mayor Kyle Pauley announced Friday on Facebook that park playground equipment is open to use again, and the Cosmopolis Police Department lobby is open — limited to one person at a time.

Starting Monday, City Hall service window will once again reopen for bills and other city business.

“As we move forward, more changes will be coming,” said Pauley. “This would include bringing back the composting program.”
