Victim shot in the arm, police asking for public’s help identifying suspects

A 26-year-old man was shot in the arm during a drive-by shooting in the 300 block of West King Street in South Aberdeen Saturday afternoon, according to Detective Jeff Weiss with the Aberdeen Police Department.

The incident took place at around 3 p.m. According to Weiss, the victim was able to tell police that the two suspects were in a newer black Infinity G-35 two-door coupe with black wheels. He described the suspects as two males, one white and one Hispanic. They were last seen traveling south on Lawrence Street.

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspects, including looking for recordings from security cameras from nearby homes. Weiss said not to approach the suspects as they are considered armed and dangerous; rather to call 911 or himself at 360-533-3180.
