Raymond man injured in Saturday rollover accident

Car rolled on Highway 101, passenger not injured

A 26-year-old Raymond man was taken to Grays Harbor Community Hospital after rolling his car on Highway 101 about two miles south of Aberdeen Saturday morning.

The man and a 25-year-old passenger were traveling north at 8:45 a.m. when the driver failed to negotiate a curve and hit an embankment, which caused the vehicle to roll, finally coming to rest in the southbound lane on its wheels, according to a Washington State Patrol report.

The passenger was not injured, according to the State Patrol. The driver faces possible negligent driving charges.
