New treatment center in Aberdeen will offer methadone and other medications

A treatment center offering methadone and other medications to adults suffering from opioid addiction is opening in Aberdeen on March 18.

Grays Harbor Treatment Solutions, at 516 E. First St., will make several addiction treatment medications available that are meant to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms. Counseling sessions will also be available to help identify the causes that may have led to their addiction and recommend lifestyle changes that will support long-term recovery.

“We’re honored to be able to serve our community in fighting against the opioid epidemic,” said Grays Harbor Treatment Solutions Regional Director Erin McCabe. “Our team is eager to start providing care to adult individuals whose lives have been affected by opioid use disorder, and we look forward to watching people come together to put an end to this epidemic.”

The center will be open to patients 5:30-11 a.m. Monday-Fridays and Saturday 6-9 a.m.

The Phone number is 877-774-6565.
