A new taxi cab company has been launched on the Harbor.

Abby Cabby started up in July and is now serving the area with two cabs, with hopes to expand its fleet by the end of the year. The taxi company will operate 24/7. The company is owned by Jo Koehn and managed by Jim Monroe.
