The Chinook Indian Nation will be hold its general assembly meeting on Saturday, Aug. 14, at the new South Bend School cafeteria at 400 E. First Street.

Registration opens at 9:30 a.m., and the meeting will start at 11. The meeting is open to all tribal members and their immediate families.

Sack lunch is provided and masks are required.
