Since 1923, Clarks Restaurant has been a staple in the Aberdeen community

If hearing the name “Clarks Restaurant” doesn’t have your mouth watering for their award-winning burgers or sensational shakes, a visit is definitely in order!

And, with the warm weather arriving there’s no better time than now to soak up the sun while sipping one of their famous milkshakes. Consider yourself warned, though: With 29 flavors to choose from, it might take you a minute – or 10! – to pick and pair the perfect creation. Make sure to top it off with one of their Blackberry, Red Raspberry or Black Raspberry Syrups, as they’re made fresh from ripe berries and are absolutely delicious.

“When John and Beth ran the diner, I was actually lucky enough to work alongside them. After they retired, deciding to take over Clarks was a no-brainer – we were ready to build on the diner’s already great reputation,” says Kathy Pacana, today’s owner of Clarks Restaurant. Her daughter, Ranie Creamer, works alongside Kathy and keeps things running smoothly as Manager.

Perhaps equally as popular as their milkshakes are their famous burgers, which have earned them the Daily World’s Twin Harbors “Best Burger” Award, voted by the community, a whopping 15 times!

Not a burger fan? The menu boasts a delicious array of scratch-made offerings – so there’s truly something for everyone. By making as many items as possible homemade, including sauces, dressings, jams, salads and pies, to name a few, you’re in for a treat. Soups are included too, and are all made by Clark’s staff. You can look forward to Chili on Thursdays and Clam Chowder on Fridays!

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to continue to build on the legacy that John Clark created in our community,” Kathy notes. “When a customer approaches me to thank me for staying open, it truly warms my heart and makes me so proud of my family’s hard work.”

They’re happy to serve you from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

You can call ahead to pick up your order at the drive through window, place your order at the window and sit at many of the outdoor tables or come inside for traditional sit down dining.

Plus, with a Mother’s Day Special coming up on May 9th boasting a 8 oz New York Steak and sautéed Prawns, you don’t want to miss out. Reservations are recommended.

Tempt your tastebuds online, then visit them in-person to discover your new must-try menu!
