Harbor Pacific Bottling named Business of the Quarter

Harbor Pacific Bottling Inc. has been chosen business of the quarter for the year’s third quarter by Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. The business was recently presented with the honor at their headquarters located at 50 Schouweiler Tracts Road East in Elma.

In operation and a member of GGHI (formerly the Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce) since 1957, Harbor Pacific is one of the largest employers in Elma. They are an independent wholesale Pepsi distributor for Grays Harbor and Pacific counties. Over their 63 years in operation, Harbor Pacific has given back to local schools and non-profits such as YMCA of Grays Harbor, Washington Business Week, Habitat for Humanity, and Grays Harbor Historical Seaport, to name a few.

When asked what he most enjoys about doing business in Grays Harbor, Harbor Pacific president and general manager, Tim Martin, said he appreciates the relationships that can be built with customers and employees in a tight knit community. Tim also explained how being a part of GGHI is important to Harbor Pacific as the organization helps to develop the business environment in Grays Harbor.

“GGHI is very excited to honor them with Business of the Quarter,” said Lynnette Buffington, GGHI CEO. “Harbor Pacific has demonstrated decades of business resiliency and is a model to us all. We wish them many more years of success in Grays Harbor.”
