New scoreboard installed for Elma Little League

The scoreboard, which was partially paid for by a tourism grant through the City of Elma, was installed in a joint venture by Harbor Electric, Kardia, East County Rentals, Tom Gransden, Dennis Tobey, Rusty Boyce and Dustin Hensley.
