Indian skull Ocean Shores crab pot | The Daily World

The 2,300-year old skull found in a crab pot off Ocean Shores in 2014 is one step closer to its final resting place. Researchers at the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation determined the skull is Native American in origin and have contacted several area tribes, including the Quinault Indian Nation, to determine the final disposition of the remains.
