Ghouls, goblins, Disney characters and other costumed characters lined both north and south sides of downtown Aberdeen’s Wishkah Street for Aberdeen’s “Spooktacular” event. They were all on the hunt for free candy, pop and popcorn from the area businesses and from the Downtown Aberdeen Association, who sponsored the event.
