Montesano setter McKynnlie Dalan and Hoquiam middle blocker Chloe Kennedy were named co-MVPs of the 1A Evergreen League on Tuesday.
Dalan and Kennedy led their prospective teams this season, which finished as the top two teams in the league and faced off in two epic head-to-head battles.
Dalan led Monte to the league title with her consistent play on defense and as the main setter for the Bulldogs.
Kennedy was a difference-maker at the net for Hoquiam on both offense and defense before going down with a knee injury mid-season.
The league’s First Team was loaded with Harbor athletes, including Montesano outside hitters Ashlynn Devereaux and Landree Dohrmann; Hoquiam outside hitter Kamryn Krohn and setter Ella Folkers; and Elma setter Aubrey Moore.
