Montesano football season ends with 28-7 loss

BELLINGHAM — Scoring twice in the early going, Meridian shut down Montesano’s running game and downed the Bulldogs, 28-7, in a state 1A football quarterfinal Saturday at Civic Stadium.

The Bulldogs finished with an 11-1 record.
