Virginia “Ginny” Mills was born on December 24th, 1946. She passed peacefully in her sleep on April 5th, 2024.

She was born in Topeka, Kansas and moved to Puyallup, Washington shortly after. She attended and graduated from Puyallup High School.

She lived in Sumner, Washington for many years then moved to Ocean Shores in 2001. She spent 5 years as the North Beach Senior Center’s President and gained many lasting friendships. She held many jobs in her lifetime but the longest running and most current was her role of being a mother and granny, raising almost all of the children born into her family and many more. She was always willing to care for those in need and her home was always an open door.

Ginny is survived by five children; Jeri/Joe Ramiskey, Mari Daniel, Arleeta Ramiskey, David/Dena Ramiskey and Ann Ramiskey; as well as 9 grandchildren; Mark Daniel, Beth Daniel, Robby/Amanda Ramiskey, Maggie McPherson, Charli McPherson, Alley Ramiskey, Patrick Ramiskey, Cloe Ramiskey and Maci Ramiskey.

There will be a private family celebration of life held at a later date.
