Toni Klinger passed away peacefully on April 7, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born on Jan. 20, 1948, to Mary E. (Brumfield) Aubuchon and Henry F. (Tony) Aubuchon and raised in Montesano, Washington.

She married Ron Klinger on Jan. 5, 1968. Toni and Ron moved their family to Ketchikan, Alaska in 1982, where they made a home for 27 years before returning to Montesano in 2009.

Toni loved being with her family. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and was a regular at the Montesano Bulldogs football games. She loved traveling with her husband and family to remote Alaskan locations, as well as tropical sandy beaches. She also enjoyed summers at the family cabin in Alaska. Canning vegetables from her garden was another favorite pastime.

She is survived by her loving husband Ron of 53 years, their three children: Scott (and Denise) Klinger, Gretchen Klinger (and Tom) Cadora, Ryan (and Leah) Klinger, her five grandchildren, the lights of her life: Madison, Kyan, Blake, Kari Klinger and Andrew Cadora; her sister and best friend, Patricia Hollatz, as well as numerous other beloved family members. She is preceded in death by her brothers Bruce and Norman Aubuchon.

Her deep love for her family, contagious smile, sparkling blue eyes and joyful laugh will remain in our hearts forever.

A celebration of life will be held for family and close friends in Montesano, Washington in mid-July.

A special thank you to the wonderful nursing staff at Providence St. Peter Hospital for their kindness and compassion in her final days.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ketchikan Little League or Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (https://www.seattlecca.org/about/donate-and-volunteer/make-a-donation) in memory of Toni Klinger.
