Norman P. Willis, 94, of Montesano Washington died at his home on April 17, 2022.

Norman P. Willis, 94, of Montesano Washington died at his home on April 17, 2022. He is survived by his wife Carol, his two daughters Dorothy and Virginia, and his step children Rhonda, Neil, and Dawn. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Norman, his mother Mary, his brother Lester, and his son Tony.

Norman was a farmer until retirement, both as a dairy farmer and raising various agricultural crops. He served in the Air Force and loved airplanes and flying. He was a skilled pilot for many years. He also had a great love for animals. He was a charter member of the Brady Fire Department, having been a volunteer fireman for over 25 years.

Norman was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Feb. 7, 1992. He loved the Bible’s message that, “The meek will inherit the earth and reside forever upon it.” (Psalms 37:29) That hope was on his mind right up to his passing. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. There will be a memorial service on May 7 at 3 p.m. via Zoom teleconferencing. Details can be found by contacting the family.
