Nancy Lynn (Sajec) Kellar

Nancy Lynn (Sajec) Kellar, passed away on Aug. 7, 2023, in Vancouver, Washington, after a brief illness. It was her 75th birthday. She was born on Aug. 7, 1948, in Duluth, Minnesota, to Louis and Lucille (Walsh) Sajec.

Nancy moved to Washington state with her parents and siblings as a young child and was a longtime resident of Hoquiam. She graduated from Hoquiam High School class of 1967, and later from Dewitt’s Beauty College in Aberdeen.

She worked for many years as a forklift operator for Ocean Spray Cranberries.

Nancy was very creative and artistic, and enjoyed painting and decorating. She also had a magic touch with plants and flowers, and excelled at making her home, and the spaces around her, warm, inviting and beautiful.

She is survived by her daughters, Nicole Harris and Alisha Wild, her grandchildren, Kyran Wild, Alaina Wild and Michael Harris, her siblings, Judy (Steve) Reames, Mike (Paula) Sajec, Penny (Bob) Ford, Janice (Steve) Hagara, Michele (Ralph) Tosland, Lisa (Brian) Dunn, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
