Michael John Krasowski of Hoquiam, Wash. died Oct. 4, 2016 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, surrounded by family.

Michael John Krasowski of Hoquiam, Wash., died Oct. 4, 2016, at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, surrounded by family. Michael was born on Sept. 7, 1972, in Aberdeen to Dr. John B and Marion Larson Krasowski. He attended school at St. Mary’s and Weatherwax in Aberdeen and Clackamas College in Portland. He graduated from BCTI in Portland and worked as a computer tech for Stream International in Portland and Watertown, N.Y. before moving back to Hoquiam where he worked at Hoquiam Plywood and Pacific Veneer.

Michael will be remembered by his family as caring, loud, funny and as an excellent cook. He was always whipping up delicious dishes for the Saturday night family dinners. It was for these reasons and many more that he was considered the favorite uncle. He will always be in our thoughts and prayers.

He is survived by his son, Cid Michael Krasowski; his brothers Christopher, Nicholas and Patrick Krasowski; his sister Kelly Krasowski White; and his mother Marion Krasowski and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Dr. John (Jack) Krasowski.
