Dylan Rupp born on Dec. 23, 1975, passed on May 31, 2023. Six days later, Dylan Renee Foss-Rupp was born at 7:07 p.m. June 5, 2023, to the adopted mother, Nichelle Foss-Rupp. Baby girl Dylan was 4 lbs 12 oz. and 15 inches long. She lived 17 hours held and loved by Nichelle Foss, Madison Smiley and nursing staff.

Baby Dylan was born with a fatal birth defect and expected to pass away shortly after birth. Dr. Todd, in her due diligence, called specialists from Children’s Hospital. But there was nothing that could be done. The fatal anomaly is called anencephally. A neural tube defect that occurs in early pregnancy.

Baby Dylan Renee Foss-Rupp is preceded in death by her adopted father Dylan Rupp, whom passed unexpectedly on May 31 from type 1 diabetes.

Dylan grew up in Sparks, Nevada, then settled into Grays Harbor 2005. He is preceded in death by mother Coy Rupp and father Robert Rupp, surviving wife, Nichelle Foss-Rupp, adopted daughter Dylan Renee Foss-Rupp, step-sons Alexander Morris, Wyatt Holland and Marley Collins, brother, Brett Moore, and sister-in-law, Janet Moore.

Baby Dylan and father Dylan Rupp were placed together at Harrisons Mortuary. They were cremated together at Fern Hill. They are together in eternal piece.
