Diana L. Hartman passed away on Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, at the Grays Harbor Community Hospital surrounded by her friends and loved ones.

Diana was born on June 28, 1950, in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Twin Harbors Group Home Association provided services over the years to Diana, where she received wonderful care and friendship from those who worked with her. Through Twin Harbors, Diana met many friends, including her dear friends Roxie and Donna with whom she shared her home.

Diana enjoyed road trips with her friends and listening to music, especially John Denver and Elvis. She liked the Seahawks and displaying various fan memorabilia around her room. She also loved cats and Hello Kitty. This was evident in her decorations and accessories throughout her living space.

Diana participated in the Grays Harbor County Fair, where she submitted projects each year, receiving award ribbons for her art and collections submissions. Her most recent submission was a beautiful piece of art work that included her beloved cat, Skippy.

Diana’s friendship was a wonderful gift, which will be everlasting. Her final gift though, will be the gift of sight to two individuals through retina donation.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018,at the Coleman Mortuary Chapel, 422 – 5th Street in Hoquiam with a graveside service and vault interment at Sunset Memorial immediately following at 801 Sunset Drive, Hoquiam.
