James R. Noggles

Longtime Pacific and Grays Harbor county resident James Raymond Noggles died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023, in Tumwater. He was 88.

He joined the Marine Corps Reserve in 1952 and served two years of active duty.

He was a caseworker for the Department of Social and Health Services and later a social worker supervisor for the Grays Harbor/Pacific Division of Aging and Adult Services retiring in 1999.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam. An urn committal will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Aberdeen Lions Club for Bicycles From Heaven, P.O. Box 111, Aberdeen, WA 98520; the Union Gospel Mission, P.O. Box 859, Aberdeen, WA 98520; or to Christian Cable Ministries, P.O. Box 690, Aberdeen, WA 98520.

Joyce E. Peters

Grays Harbor area resident Joyce Evelyn Peters died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023. She was 84.

Burial arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Gary C. Johnson

Aberdeen resident Gary Charles Johnson, a former chef, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, at home. He was 64.

Arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Leslie R. Hallacy

Leslie Ruth Hallacy, an Aberdeen resident and former graphic artist, died Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 76.

Services are being scheduled and will be announced later in the spring.

Cremation arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Judith L. Radka

Judith Lynne Radka of Montesano died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023, at St. Joseph Medical Center. She was 67. Services are being planned. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Ann Anderson

Westport resident Ann Anderson died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023. She was 89.
