Paul Timothy O’Brien of Hoquiam died Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at home. He was 70.

Services are being planned and will be announced when details become available.

AUBURN — Former Grays Harbor resident Matthew Louis Kaleb of Auburn died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, at Auburn MultiCare Medical Center. He was 61.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cosmopolis Lions Club. He will be buried at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Charlotte Baker

OLYMPIA — Hoquiam resident Charlotte Baker died Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She was 87.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Good Help Church in Hoquiam. A reception will follow in the parish lounge.

Direction is by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Michael K. Hutsell

Michael Keith Hutsell died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at his Aberdeen home. He was 57.

Roy J. Rockwell

ELMA — Longtime Harbor resident Roy James Rockwell died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, in Elma. He was 74.

He worked as a firefighter and EMT for the Aberdeen Fire Department for 20 years, and later as a patient care technician at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam.

Direction is by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

(Stevens) Gray

ELMA — Marilyn (Stevens) Gray, a longtime Elma resident, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, in Elma. She was 57.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Grays Harbor Foursquare Church in Central Park.

Arrangements are by McComb & Wagner in Shelton.

Charles Collins

NEILTON — Charles E. Collins, a Neilton area resident for over 40 years, died at his home Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017. He was 80.

He had been a carpenter, logger and log truck driver.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the chapel at Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, also in the chapel, followed by a potluck reception in the Dorothy Mann Reception Room at the funeral home. A private burial will take place at Fern Hill Cemetery, Aberdeen.

Larry Christiansen

Larry J. Christiansen, a resident of Aberdeen, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 49.

Visitation will be from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
