Carl Leslie Raines passed away on February 10, 2024 at Pacific Care, Hoquiam, Washington. He was born to George Alford Raines Jr. and Francis Elizabeth Richmond on November 5, 1944 in Lincoln, Arizona.

He is predeceased by his parents, sister Fleeta Joyce, brothers George Alford III, Harold Dean, and Roy Gene. He is survived by brothers Jerry, Kenneth, and David. He is also survived by his former wife, Judy Thompson and their daughters, Sandra Raines and Leslie Brown, (Scott).

His wife, Ann survives him at the family home and step-children, Jeremy Marzano and Heather Marzano Stapf. Carl is also survived by six grandchildren, Hadley Murphy, Marlowe and Oliver Brown, Aliston Marzano, Marlie and Achilles Stapf and numerous nieces and nephews.

Carl is deeply missed and remembered as a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and avid golfer.
