    TimberWorks’ flood risk reduction plan has been finalized and is up for Hoquiam and Aberdeen city council review next week.     Students mill outside the front entrance of Hoquiam High School shortly after a lockdown caused by a student claiming to have a weapon around 11 a.m. Tuesday.
