People can either use Rite Aid, or they can transfer to another pharmacy if they so choose. Riley Gilbert, 14, received her first Christmas gift — a new bike — Saturday. Riley, who hasn’t had a new bike in a couple of years, rode her North Carolina Tar Heel-painted bike around as she and her mom, Kim, smiled.
