A recreational vehicle parked on East First Street in Aberdeen is a sore sight and stench for pedestrians who walk along the sidewalk. The RV, there for an unknown period of time, has often cluttered part of the sidewalk directly to the south of it. The city of Aberdeen wants to restrict RV parking time throughout Aberdeen. In order to make sure the city is on the right side of the law, it wants to “mirror” the city of Lacey, which already has such a program in place.

Past and Present Mercantile expanded one door west and now also inhabits the former site of Waugh’s Men’s and Women’s Apparel — 110 E.
