Aberdeen Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two men who allegedly assaulted an Aberdeen man in the early morning hours of Sept. 12.

According to Det. Jeff Weiss, the man was walking in the area of East First Street and H Street around 1:35 a.m. when he was confronted by two males, described as white and Asian. “The Aberdeen resident stated that the two subjects yelled racial slurs and profanity at him,” said Weiss. “He was then assaulted causing injuries that required medical attention.”
