Grays Harbor County District Court launches new online services

The Grays Harbor County District Court has launched several new online services “designed to improve accessibility, convenience, and efficiency for those navigating the court system.”

According to a press release issued by the District Court, these new services are part of the court’s ongoing commitment to better serve the community, offer alternatives to in-person visits, and to simplify the legal process for those involved in traffic violations, protection orders or other related cases.

“These updates are part of our ongoing effort to modernize the court process and make it as accessible as possible for the people of Grays Harbor County,” said Judge Andrea Vingo of the Grays Harbor County District Court via press release. “Judge Valentine and I are pleased to offer these online services to help individuals manage their cases without the need to visit the courthouse in person. It’s all about making the legal process simpler and more efficient.”

The new online tools include counter mitigation which allows individuals to call, email or go to the appropriate court; the ability to complete and submit petitions for protection orders online; and the capability to request mitigation or contested hearings related to infractions, misdemeanors, or other charges by email.
