The 18th annual Historic Montesano Car Show has been canceled because of COVID, but the organizers have channeled their energy, and their cars, into a fundraiser for the Montesano Food Bank.

A virtual car show is planned for all day today. People are invited to post pictures of their cars on the event’s Facebook page or Instagram using #HMCS2020 #historicmontesanocarshow2020 . You can also email us a picture and we will post it for you dpfoss@comcast.net . They will have a link for you to make an online donation or it can be mailed at HMCS, P.O. Box 625, Montesano, WA 98563. Include name and address with the donation to send the dash plaque. Donations will be taken through Monday, July 20.

On Friday night, donations were taken in front of the Grays Harbor County Courthouse.
