Zach West, the 8-year-old son of Pacific Care activity assistant Ashley Nelson, happened to be on-site that day. “Johnny was mashing bananas and remembering making bread with his children, and Zach was here helping out,” said activity director Shannon Ashlock. “The smile on his face was priceless!”
