Miss Grays Harbor’s Outstanding Teen, Paicyn Dragoo, a 16 year-old student at Aberdeen High, competed at the state scholarship pageant at Highline Performing Arts Center in Burien on Saturday and Sunday. She was not among the finalists. Named as winner was Miss Spokane Outstanding Teen Tia Moua. Above is a photo of Dragoo performing American Sign Language during the talent portion of the preliminary night competition. She was the only Harbor-area contestant.
