Friends of the Aberdeen Museum offer historic Natatorium display

Old Aberdeenites think they remember the Natatorium clearly — but can you answer this trivia?

Where was the trike racing course?

Who and why were students allowed to jump into the pool from the rafters?

How many private bedrooms were in the Natatorium apartment?

Not sure?

You don’t want to miss this month’s display for the answers to those and many more fascinating questions. Starting Friday, June 4, and through the month, see photos and memorabilia of the Natatorium and the Fairbairn family.

The Friends of the Aberdeen Museum office — and the display — is open Thursdays and Fridays from 1 to 4 p.m. and June 4 from 5 to 8 p.m. It is located in the K Street entrance to the Aberdeen Art Center.
