Dvub Steiner, a senior at Aberdeen High School, has been selected as the May Aberdeen Rotary Club Student of the Month.

Steiner has chosen a vocational track of study. He is the shop foreman for his electrical class and has a 3.22 GPA. He’s still figuring out his post high school path, but said he wants to become an electrician or perhaps get a job as a service technician.

Each year, the Aberdeen Rotary Club honors Aberdeen High School seniors through its Student of the Month recognition and scholarship program. One senior is recognized each month between October and May. In June, two of these eight students are then selected for either the $1,000 “Blue” or $2,000 “Gold” scholarship to the school of their choice.
