Aberdeen sweeps top three spots at district diving championships

AUBURN–Aberdeen divers finished 1-3 at the 2A District 4 Championships on Saturday at the Auburn Pool.

Bobcats senior Zeke Olson led the way with 243.45 points, winning the district title and earning a spot in the state tournament.

Aberdeen junior Jackson Cihak and sophomore Toby Nelson placed second and third with 175.90 and 131.35 points, respectively.

The trio will compete at the Boys State Swimming and Diving Championships on Feb. 20-21 at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.
