Competing as Miss Grays Harbor County, Kuinn Karaffa of Aberdeen finished among the top 16 at the Miss Washington USA pageant Nov. 3 in Burien. Karaffa is a volunteer and board member of Habitat for Humanity of Grays Harbor, a Rotary Club member and a YMCA youth mentor.
