Clubbers place 4th in Huntsman Games
The Aro Glass Clubbers finished their 50th season by going 4-3 to place fourth in the Huntsman World Senior Games Oct. 7-19 in St. George Utah.
Wayne Ross led the Clubbers with a .917 batting average, six home runs and 24 RBI in the multi-day tournament.
Other top contributors for the Clubbers were Mike Hatley (.714, 10 RBI), Bob Paylor (.706, 6 RBI), Don Mehlhoff (.652, 10 RBI) and Larry Little (.625, 9 RBI).
The Clubbers resume play beginning in May with a tournament in Reno, Nevada.
