Five Ocosta girls soccer players were honored last week as Central 2B All-League players, capping the 2016 season for the young squad.
The Wildcats’ Rebecca Holm, a sophomore midfielder, and Mercedes Denny, a sophomore defender, were both named to the first team.
Eighth-grader Kjirstin Hopfer was selected as a second-team forward, while sophomore goalkeeper Kristi Raffelson also received a second-team nod.
Katelynn Denny, a freshman midfielder, was picked as an honorable mention.
Sophomores Kendal Wilson, Teal Mitby, Mercedes Denny and Kennedy Merino were picked as all-academic selections.
