The state Department of Health COVID-19 website on Wednesday morning showed two deaths attributed to the virus in Grays Harbor County..

The county website was still reporting just one death and Nicklaus Falley, assistant public information officer for the Grays Harbor Public Health incident management team, said at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday “our investigators are working to confirm if the death will be attributed to COVID-19.”

The first death was reported by county Public Health July 15. There have been 26 cases in July, making 66 cases in the county total, according to the Public Health website.
