The Elma School Board will interview four school superintendents Thursday, looking for a replacement for Superintendent Kevin Acuff.

Those candidates are:

Chris Nesmith: Currently serving as the Executive Director of Innovation in the West Valley School District in Yakima.

Melinda Reynvaan: Currently serving as an elementary principal and Director of the Highly Capable and Spanish immersion program in the Bainbridge Island School District.

Shauna Schmerer: Currently serving as Superintendent in the Almira School District.

Chris Schumaker: Currently serving as the Jr/Sr High Principal in the White Pass School District.

The Board expects to select a candidate by next week.
