Saturday marks the 21st year of the Art Walk in Aberdeen.

This free public event is all about art and the artists. This year’s event features over 50 artists, craft-makers and vendors with unique items made locally and abroad. Throughout the event, artists will have their pieces on display and some will even be creating more art live on site.

In terms of new attractions, this year’s Art Walk will have large-scale versions of board games like Yahtzee and Connect Four.

There will also be food trucks, belly dancers, live music, and a kids activities area run by the Aberdeen Timberland Library.

Like last year, there will be a bounce house on-site as well, which is open to both adults and kids.

Art Walk runs from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and takes place on Broadway Street between Market and Heron streets in downtown Aberdeen.
