Banquet May 11

Tickets are already on sale for the 2017 Daily World Citizen of the Year Banquet, held this year at the Hoquiam Elks Lodge, Thursday, May 11.

Along with a Citizen of the Year, the newspaper will honor a Police Officer of the Year and Firefighter of the Year.

Tickets are sold only at The Daily World and cost $30.

The gathering begins at 6 p.m. and dinner seating is at 6:30.
